Stressed...But How and Why
In my daily life routine, I often meet people who say..."Life mein stress bahut hai...tension is blocking the mind.." Let's do analysis of our daily work.During the work which which we do ,may be in any form ; in the form of professional,home maker, building relations etc our mind is totally engrossed in it. If anything goes against our will, continuously thought process goes on in our mind .This Process is so rigorous that we don't even give time to ourselves for relaxation .In fact, this leads us to the path of tension or so called depression. Now the question arises , Why to take tension if something is not happening according to our will .The need of the hour is to just relax ,review the things.Either take out solution or ignore .Leave it in the hands of Supreme Power.This thing is not just having a literary meaning but it's written and proven .The thing is just to give a thought, review and act.
